Custom Rugs

• All custom rug orders are final sale.
• Each piece is handmade and made-to-order, we do not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations once work has begun.
• A 50% deposit is required to start production. This deposit is non-refundable.
• If you need to cancel before production starts, contact us within 24 hours of placing your order for a possible partial refund.

Premade Rugs

• Premade rugs may be returned for store credit or exchange only within 7 days of delivery, if the rug is unused and in its original condition.
• Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

Damaged or Wrong Item

• If your rug arrives damaged or incorrect, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos, and we’ll make it right (replacement, repair, or partial refund depending on the situation).

Shipping Delays

• Once shipped, delivery times are handled by the carrier (USPS/UPS). We are not responsible for delays outside of our control.
