Processing Time
- Custom Rugs: Please allow 3–6 weeks for production before shipping. Each rug is handmade and made-to-order.
- Premade Rugs: Ship within 3–5 business days.
Shipping Options
- Free Standard Shipping (5–7 Business Days): All U.S. orders ship free.
- Express Shipping (2–3 Business Days): Available at checkout for $20.
Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you’ll receive a tracking number by email. You can also track orders through the Shop app.
International Shipping
At this time, we primarily ship within the U.S. If you need international shipping, please email us before placing your order.
Shipping Delays
We are not responsible for carrier delays (USPS/UPS). Please order ahead if you need a rug by a specific date.
